Originally born to be operated by One & Only this 5 stars resort represent one of the most prestigious hotel in Bahrain (12 private villas, more than 20 residency and 500 keys). Architecturally designed by DSA Dubai, structural design has been in charge of Meinhardt first and then by Webb Yates both cases under the supervision of one of ours engineers, which has been also on-site during construction. The Reinforced Concrete structure is characterized by a number of transfers structures.
